This is a very unique theme with “tech” style springboard icons. You can find the green-i-ness in the whole theme. However, some springboard icons lack the visibility of app names because of having green texture.
Everybody doesn’t want the app names so it’s up to the need of the user. It doesn’t matter for some users. You can find the same lock screen with “slide to unlock” setup but with an attractive radiant text box.
Search for ‘Nerve’ theme on Cydia, Nerve repository. Theme Author” cmdshft.
Note: You have to jailbreak your iPhone to get Cydia.
